New Food Economy article features OrganoBait and Kepley BioSystems

New Food Economy recently featured OrganoBait and Kepley BioSystems in the article "Consider the Lobster's Supper: A bait shortage in Maine means the crustaceans are chewing on cowhide and calcium" by Claire Brown.  The article explores the shrinking stocks of forage fish, and with them, the availability of bait for Maine lobster fishers. It goes on to explore alternative baits, such as the return of cowhide and our own, OrganoBait.
